These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of the business planning services provided by BizPlanMachine LLC. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Our Services

BizPlanMachine provides customized business plans designed to help entrepreneurs, startups and small business owners organize their business ideas, financial assumptions and growth strategies.

We offer two service packages: Starter Business Plan ($99) and Growth Business Plan ($199).

Each package includes the features described on our website at the time of purchase. Completed business plans are delivered electronically in PDF format.

2. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are one-time payments. BizPlanMachine does not charge recurring subscription fees for its Starter or Growth plans.

Full payment is required before customers receive access to our business questionnaire.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment and acknowledge the pricing, service description and refund policy presented at checkout.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized nature of our business planning services and the immediate access provided to our proprietary questionnaire and planning process, all sales are final once payment is completed.

Refunds are not available after purchase, including when a customer chooses not to complete the questionnaire, changes their business idea or decides not to use the service.

Exceptions may apply where required by law, where an unauthorized charge is verified or where BizPlanMachine is unable to fulfill an order.

Customers experiencing problems with their delivered plan should contact us through our Report an Issue form.

4. Questionnaire and Customer Information

Customers must provide accurate, complete and relevant information when completing the business questionnaire.

BizPlanMachine uses customer-provided information and planning assumptions to prepare each business plan.

Incomplete, inaccurate or misleading responses may affect the quality, relevance and financial calculations of the completed document.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their questionnaire responses before submission.

5. Delivery of Business Plans

Completed business plans are generally delivered by email in PDF format within 24 hours after successful questionnaire submission.

The delivery period begins when the completed questionnaire is received, not when payment is made.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their inbox and spam folder.

If an unexpected technical issue prevents timely delivery, BizPlanMachine will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and resolve the issue promptly.

6. Revisions and Reporting Issues

Customers who experience technical difficulties or identify spelling, grammatical or formatting errors in their delivered business plan may submit a request through the Report an Issue section of our website.

BizPlanMachine will review reported issues and make reasonable efforts to correct verified errors attributable to our service.

Changes to the original business idea, financial assumptions, business model, or other information submitted by the customer are not included as complimentary revisions.

Requests based on new, changed, or updated customer information require the purchase of a new business plan.

7. Financial Disclaimer and No Guarantees

BizPlanMachine provides business planning materials for informational, educational and planning purposes only.

We do not provide financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.

Financial projections and business estimates are based on customer-provided information and planning assumptions. Actual business results may differ.

BizPlanMachine does not guarantee business success, profitability, investment returns or approval for loans, grants or other financing.

Customers should review our separate Disclaimer and consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

BizPlanMachine retains ownership of its website content, branding, questionnaires, templates, planning processes and other proprietary materials.

Customers may use, reproduce, modify and share their completed business plan for their own business, including presenting it to lenders, investors or business partners.

Purchasing a business plan does not transfer ownership of BizPlanMachine's underlying questionnaires, templates, software, branding or proprietary processes.

Customers may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit these proprietary materials without prior written authorization.

9. Customer Support and Contact

Customers with questions about their purchase, delivery or completed business plan may contact BizPlanMachine through our customer support email or the Report an Issue section of our website.

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date and will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
